You can try the studio with 5 customer recordings without a subscription. After that, ask us to set up Collect or Ad-ready; there is no unlimited free plan.
How long can I keep unlicensed videos?
Raw previews are available for 60 days after upload. Unlicensed videos lock when that window ends, so choose any videos you want to license before then.
How do I pay the customer?
Pay $55 directly using your bank or any agreed method. The customer enters their bank details when they sign. Upload the receipt and Trueclip emails it to them.
Who cuts the clip?
On $99 and $299 we cut it. On $29 you get the raw file and trim it yourself.
What if none of the videos is usable?
A Done for you campaign covers outreach and editing for up to 3 customer clips. Results depend on customers choosing to record and granting permission. You pay no ad-license charge for a clip you do not select.
